"i use this about once a week after shampooing and squeezing the water out of my hair in the shower lol i use it on the middle to the ends of my long hair. it has a nice scent to it, and i let it sit in my hair while i wash up in the shower. then i rinse with warm water and it leaves my hair feeling so soft afterwards!! so smooth and not dry!! i use the ion injection leave in treatment after my hair air dries a bit and its a 10/10 combo for keeping my hair smooth"
