"Loved the products, but had a terrible delivery experience. I live in an apartment and the delivery times kept changing day-of, so I missed my items a couple of times for almost a week. The delivery times were also not flexible, and so I'd wait at home for a couple hours - cause (as it happened once) I missed one of their phone calls and the driver left. I'd rather buy the products in store next time"
