"This toner is very lightweight and sinks in quite quickly. A single layer doesn’t do a whole lot but three layers makes my skin baby soft and smooth. I was amazed the first time I used three layers and now I have to stop myself from touching my skin and marvelling. I have combo oily/dry skin so this is the perfect daytime toner, as it doesn’t feel heavy and gives a nice amount of hydration without breaking me out. It doesn’t trigger my seb derm or eczema either. My other skincare layers nicely over it. Highly recommend."
