This hydrating toner is made for those with acne-prone skin. It's formulated with gentle ingredients that are powerful hydrators and beneficial for soothing skin. AHA and BHA fade the appearance of dark spots, while centella extract hydrates the skin, and white willow bark helps absorb excessive oil.
