Use after cleansing. Soak clean cotton pad or ball with product. Gently wipe along face, T-zone outward and avoiding eye area. Do not rinse off.

Great Hydrating Toner!

"This is a great hydrating toner! When my skin is needing some extra love I use this as well as the I’m From Rice toner. This just makes me feel luxurious for some reason! I have oily acne prone skin and it never weighs my skin down! I definitely use it more often in the winter then the rest of the year but I still use it even in the summer! Love it!"
