Use after cleansing, and gently wipe to tone and exfoliate. For a mask effect, leave on desired areas for 3-5 minutes. Gently pat for absorption.

"Bifida really helps my skin so I do really like these pads. It helps to calm and soothe my sensitive acne prone combination skin. Only thing I do not like about these toner pads is that you can make the toner pads into smaller ones but I wish they come whole if that makes sense. That is my only complaint.
