Does its job

"My go-to eyeliner was the KVD Tattoo Liner, but I was looking for a substitute/a cheaper alternative that got the job done. This liner does just that! I didn't give it 5 stars because it does dry out if you don't shake it every once in a while, but the formula is nice (not drying). It is also easy to use because it has a firm tip despite having a brush tip. Definitely recommend!"
