Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and provide online store credit for unopened and non-hygienic items. Please review the guidelines below before initiating a return.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

• All sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Earrings

  • Hair & Beauty Accessories

  • Face Tools

  • Socks & Slippers

  • Cutlery & Tableware

  • Blind Boxes

GENERAL RETURN RULES

1. Timeframe: Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

3. Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or packing slip is required for all returns/exchanges.

4. K-Pop Items:

   • For damaged K-pop items, customers must submit an unboxing video clearly showing the package and its contents upon receipt.

   • The video must:

     • Start with the unboxing of a SUKOSHI MART package.

     • Show the contents clearly without any editing or cutting.

   • Without this proof of condition, we cannot process your request.

5. Shipping:

   • Original shipping fees are non-refundable once tracking information is generated.

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees.

6. Defective Items: Contact us at hello@sukoshi.com for assistance. Note that some manufacturing defects may not qualify for a refund or replacement (reviewed case-by-case).

HOW TO RETURN

1. Online Purchases:

   • Email hello@sukoshi.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return/exchange.

   • Returns must be sent by mail.

2. In-Store Purchases:

   • Returns/exchanges can only be processed in-store at any SUKOSHI location.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Store credit will not be issued for open, used, or damaged products.

• Notify us of any order discrepancies or issues within 7 days of delivery.
