Very cute lipstick, no glow though!

"Still giving it 5 stars even though I thought there was gonna be glow. I got it in Ume Candy and there's PIGMENT, I might get a gloss to layer it to get an extra pop to the lip look! The feel of it is not 100% matte, but it does look like it dries off matte. So it feels good on the lips and in my opinion, it doesn't feel dry or gross. In comparison to the Romand Glasting Melting Balm, it's not as moisturizing nor "glossy" or "glowy" but the feel of it resembles it (JUDYDOLL's is obviously not advertised as a balm, but a lipstick obviously)."

"i have #04 of this lipstick and it’s so creamy and smooth. makes my lips look glossy without the gloss! a small con tho, since it’s so creamy and smooth it runs out fast. only had mine for a month and a half and already need a refill. it breaks easily but most creamy lipsticks do, so just be mindful of how hard your applying it. other than that i love this lipstick sm!!"
