Sale Period

The SUKOSHI Boxing Day/New Year's Sale Campaign (herein referred to as the “Boxing Day/New Year's Sale") will run online from December 19, 2025 to January 5, 2026 at 10AM ET on sukoshi.com (herein referred to as the “Site”) and the SUKOSHI app. The in-store Boxing Day/New Year's Sale may feature different discounts and offers.

Discounts are valid on eligible items only, as defined at SUKOSHI’s discretion, and as indicated on the Site. SUKOSHI reserves the right to make changes at any time, without prior notice. Discounts and promotions introduced in the Boxing Day/New Year's Sale cannot be stacked with any other existing promotions or offers. Different offers may be available for the online and in-store Boxing Day/New Year's Sale. Weekly deals are released at 10AM ET during the campaign. Product Availability and Description

While SUKOSHI tries to ensure that product availability and product information (including stock levels, description, size, material, ingredient, and other relevant information) are as accurate and up-to-date as possible, errors may still occur. SUKOSHI reserves the right to update or change any information presented on the Site at its sole discretion, without any prior notice, including after orders have been submitted or received.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, SUKOSHI will notify the customer as soon as possible.

Please note that the photographic representation of each product on the Site is for informational purposes only, and that colours may not be represented exactly due to limitations in reproduction. Slight variations may occur in real life. All information presented on the site is for general informational purposes only; please refer to the packaging or labels on the physical product for complete descriptions and usage instructions.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are as shown on the Site, displayed in either CAD (Canadian Dollars), USD (US Dollars), or as per the preferences set by the individual customer. Items included in the Boxing Day/New Year's Sale will be indicated on the Site, and prices displayed will already have the discount included. All prices listed on the site do not include delivery fees, taxes, customs or duty charges, or any other fees that may be incurred. Delivery charges and taxes will be displayed with the total cost of the order during the checkout process.

While SUKOSHI makes every effort to display prices accurately, errors or inaccurate reflections of prices may occur. SUKOSHI reserves the right to update or change prices on the Site at its sole discretion, without prior notice. SUKOSHI also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for products listed at an inaccurate price, as determined by SUKOSHI. Refused and cancelled orders will not be charged.

Delivery

SUKOSHI provides delivery worldwide. Delivery fees are subject to destination and parcel weight; free shipping is only valid on qualifying orders that also meet the free shipping threshold of $65+CAD/$55+USD.

Taxes and Duties

SUKOSHI is not responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, or any other charges or fees that may be incurred upon delivery. The recipient remains responsible for paying these fees upon receipt of their order, if applicable.

Order Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Orders placed on the Site cannot be cancelled, except in special cases at SUKOSHI’s discretion. Cancelled orders will not be charged. All sale and discounted items are final sale, barring exceptional cases as determined at SUKOSHI’s sole discretion. Regular price items included in orders placed during the Boxing Day/New Year's Sale are subject to the regular return and exchange policy, found here.
